Telegram Chat Options If you are using Telegram on your PC, Laptop, or another device, your secret chat is only visible to your device that you started it. To lock your messages, go to “Settings”, “Privacy and Security” and tap on “Passcode Lock”. You will be asked to set a four-digit passcode and confirm it.
